SOS Kolkata

plot:

A group of six jihadists, under the leadership of the notorious terrorist Aftab Ansari, portrayed by Amin Gazi, infiltrates the city of Kolkata with a sinister agenda—to avenge the tragic events of the Mumbai attacks. Aftab harbors a deep-seated personal grudge against Zakir Ahmed, the dedicated leader of the Special Task Force (STF). This sets the stage for a high-stakes and intense conflict.

Aftab, the mastermind behind a series of strategically planned attacks across Kolkata, culminates his campaign with a chilling hostage situation unfolding within the opulent premises of the JW Marriott, a renowned 5-star hotel. The tension escalates as Aftab seeks not only chaos but also to settle scores with Zakir Ahmed.

Zakir, who had suffered a devastating loss with the death of his wife, Sanjana (portrayed by Mimi Chakraborty), in a prior attack orchestrated by Aftab, finds himself once again at the forefront of the unfolding crisis. Teaming up with the capable ATS technical head, Amanda Jones (played by Nusrat Jahan), Zakir is determined to not only conduct a daring rescue operation but also to apprehend the jihadist group responsible for the city's turmoil.

As the narrative unfolds, the stakes rise, with Zakir's personal vendetta adding an emotional layer to the mission. The city of Kolkata becomes a battleground, and the hostages trapped within the JW Marriott face an imminent threat. The collaboration between Zakir and Amanda Jones becomes pivotal in navigating the intricate web of Aftab's plans and bringing the perpetrators to justice.

Against a backdrop of heightened tension, the rescue operation takes center stage, weaving a tale of suspense, bravery, and resilience. The fate of the hostages hangs in the balance as Zakir Ahmed and his team engage in a race against time to thwart Aftab Ansari's vengeful schemes and restore order to the city.
